Bringing the French Bistro to Copenhagen
If there’s one thing the French know their way around, it’s a bistro. For Les Trois Cochons, the first restaurant in the vibrant Cofoco complex in Copenhagen, the 12-year-old restaurant was recently renovated to pair the thoughtful wine menu with a casual atmosphere. In cooperation with local artisans, the team filled the room with warm light from open windows, and an array of leather couches, dark accents, and a marble bar. A private bar offers a more intimate setting for those looking to get cozy.
